UETTDRCJ21 - Lay ESI cables


The Course addresses the installation of underground power cables and includes the preparation, bedding, laying, backfilling and sealing of the cable. Cable installation is underpinned by the correct cable alignment, cable depth and handling of the cable.

UETTDREL16 - Working safely near live electrical apparatus

Course aim

This course will provide participants with the required skills and knowledge to safely install an underground cable to meet regulatory, network operator and industry requirements.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of the course a participant will be able to:
