Team Leader - Power Stations Operations

Jeff is the Team Leader for Power Station training and consulting services. He oversees the design and delivery of training, assessment and Recognition of Prior Learning/Current Competence programs in the thermal generation sector.

Jeff provides training and mentoring to generation workers undertaking Foundation training, nationally accredited Generation qualifications, high voltage switching, boiler and turbine operator training.

Up until the closure of the Northern Power Station in Port Augusta, Jeff was a senior team leader with Alinta Energy, working for the Augusta Power Stations.
In Jeff’s role as Superintendent Production Coordination, he deployed an inclusive and sound communication style, liaising between executive management and operational staff on both a strategic and operational level.

Jeff has an electrically based industrial background as well as extensive power station operations and high voltage switching experience. He has a sound work ethic,and has achieved quality performance and safety results from his teams. He has a passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
