Thomson Bridge powered by RelyOn Nutec is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates to become valuable members of our Training Services team. We are committed to offering the assistance required for you to achieve a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, coupled with on-the-job training and support.

The Position

Will focus on the delivery of:

• High Voltage Operator Training and Assessment; and
• Other Industry related compliance and regulatory training as applicable

The Person

The ideal applicant will have experience in the operation of high voltage network and/or power generation plant and have a passion for passing on the benefits of your knowledge and experience to new and experienced workers.

You will need:

• A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but, (Assistance in gaining this certification will be extended to qualified individuals).
• Trade or engineering qualifications relevant to high voltage plant and power station plant.
• Previous switching authorisations held on Traction, DNSP/TNSP networks would be advantageous.
• Hands on experience with the operation and maintenance of high voltage plant.
• Excellent verbal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in team environments.
• Excellent document writing skills.
• Focus on safety.
• Ability to travel.
