We help clients put in place professional and documented processes and supports for effective management of skills and training.
Our clients often have complex arrangements around planning and organising training. Responsibilities and accountabilities can be dispersed, and many stakeholders involved. We deal with large organisations with multiple remote sites all with their own processes, or in large industrial sites where to make training happen a leader must talk to HR, get sign off from safety, negotiate with the planning group and organise back up for those attending.
Our L&D Advisory staff have long experience in industrial L&D, and using our process mapping skills and the Competency Management framework, can locate training related process and procedure gaps and help you make how things should work explicit and agreed.
Steps can include documentation of as-is process maps, working with you to develop ideal processes and then flowcharting to be states and developing supporting policy and procedure documents.
